You are the Raven. Searching for shelter on a blood-red evening, you fly through the open window of a dark, aging mansion and land in Edgar Allan Poe's abandoned writing room. Something about the unfinished manuscript on his desk is wrong. The ink moves. The letters shift. Then the words spiral into a vortex and pull you through the page, into Poe's mind. Nevermore is a gothic escape-room adventure drawn like an inked comic in black, bone-white and crimson. Inside are nine increasingly disturbing rooms built from Poe's memories, stories, fears and guilt, each with interlocking puzzles: hidden clues, codes and combinations, locks, light and sound, reflections, riddles and machinery. Nothing is explained. When Poe's world behaves wrongly, a page corner lifting, ink running uphill, a curtain moving against the wind, that is your cue to investigate. Your physical Pieces become your tools. Set down the Poe Lens to see what the room hides, turn dials to drive its mechanisms, and lay paths and pressure blocks to open the way forward. Play alone, or with a second player around the same Board. Two players are one Raven, working together: one holds a mechanism open while the other searches with the Lens. Every puzzle can still be solved alone. Escape all nine rooms. Poe's mind will not make it easy.
